TRAIN SMART

90 minute class for total body health & wellness…flexibility, strength, cardio, and abdominals.  Stretch and abs on the mat, cardio drills on our 4,500 sq. ft. turf and strength training in the weight room. Coach supervision, personal attention, program design and Personal Workout Logs included.

EXPRESS TRAIN SMART

A one-hour version of the Train Smart program.   Ages 18+  Get in, get out, get on with your day!

TRX Suspension Training

This fun class uses your own bodyweight coupled with gravity resistance to build strength, balance, and stability. All abilities welcome!

Cardio Boxing with Lee “Doc” Docherty

This high-intensity interval training workout burns calories like nothing you’ve experienced before! Doc will lead you through boxing rounds where you’ll deliver jab, cross, hook and uppercut combinations, working your entire body.

STRETCH

You’ve never stretched like this before.  Join us for a great stretch and relaxation class.  $10 drop-in fee.  Free to all enrolled in another Compass strength and conditioning class.

SPINNING

A high energy 50-minute indoor cycling class designed to provide you with optimal fat burning, endurance and strength building.  Be motivated and energized through various terrains of flats, hills, sprints, and intervals.  Ride our new Stages Cycles in our newly remodeled studio upstairs.

MAT PILATES

Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. A safe fun way to sculpt your body and feel increased agility in your everyday movements. The class takes place in the new studio upstairs.

VINYASA YOGA WITH SALLY BURKE

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.  You will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow.  This class takes place in the studio upstairs.

INTERVAL BARRE CLASS WITH STEPHANIE AYCOCK

Interval Barre helps develop dynamic strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination by combining signature ballet moves, yoga poses, strength training, and cardiovascular activities. This class takes place upstairs in the studio.

Platinum Membership
Unlimited Classes & Unlimited Open Gym Membership
$125 per month or $99.00 per month with a 12-month commitment on auto pay.

Gold Membership – Open Gym membership PLUS 2 Instructed classes per week  $95 per month

Silver Membership – Open Gym membership  PLUS 1 Instructed class per week  $75 per month

Bronze Membership – Open Gym membership   OR   1 Instructed class only per week  $50 per month

All memberships include Saturday Stretch class at no charge.
