90 minute class for total body health & wellness…flexibility, strength, cardio, and abdominals.  Stretch and abs on the mat, cardio drills on our 4,500 sq. ft. turf and strength training in the weight room. Coach supervision, personal attention, program design and Personal Workout Logs included.

A high energy 50-minute indoor cycling class designed to provide you with optimal fat burning, endurance and strength building.  Be motivated and energized through various terrains of flats, hills, sprints, and intervals.  Ride our new Stages Cycles in our newly remodeled studio upstairs.

Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. A safe fun way to sculpt your body and feel increased agility in your everyday movements. The class takes place in the new studio upstairs.

A 60-minute class designed to keep your body feeling young as we age. Special focus on building stamina, increasing strength, gaining and maintaining flexibility and improving balance.  This fun class takes place on the turf with Helen!

A 60-minute class that combines all your favorites into a fun choreographed total body workout. Includes cardio, strength and flexibility and core work set to great heart-pumping music. This energizing class takes place in the studio upstairs with Helen!

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.  You will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow.  This class takes place in the studio upstairs.

$125 per month or $99.00 per month with a 12-month commitment on auto pay.

Gold Membership – Open Gym membership PLUS 2 Instructed classes per week  $95 per month

Silver Membership – Open Gym membership  PLUS 1 Instructed class per week  $75 per month

Bronze Membership – Open Gym membership   OR   1 Instructed class only per week  $50 per month

All memberships include Saturday & Monday Stretch classes at no charge.
