This program covers all the variables for total body health & wellness…flexibility, strength, cardio, core and nutrition. Train Smart High Intensity Training is for ages 18 + It is recommended a participant enrolls for a minimum of 2 months to best see results but it is not required.

You’ve never stretched like this before. Join us Saturday mornings from 8:00am – 9:30am and Monday nights from 6:00pm-7:00pm for a great stretch and relaxation class. $10 drop in fee. Free to all enrolled in another Compass strength and conditioning class.
Adult Training Pricing
Platinum Membership – Unlimited Classes – Unlimited Open Gym Membership $125 per month
Gold Membership – Open Gym membership PLUS 2 Instructed classes per week $95 per month
Silver Membership – Open Gym membership PLUS 1 Instructed class per week $75 per month
Bronze Membership – Open Gym membership OR 1 Instructed class only per week $50 per month
All memberships include Saturday & Monday Stretch classes at no charge.
